The PCL Robot Profile Cutting Line seamlessly integrates an edge cleaning unit into the production line. It serves for removing paint from the feet of the stiffeners, which allows for faster welding while guaranteeing higher welding quality

PCL plasma stiffener cutting is performed by a combination of both the gripper and the 6-axis robot, which makes on the fly measurement possible. The robot arm realizes high quality cuts
